Project Director NHSBN & NACEL
Claire qualified as a chartered accountant and worked in corporate finance for many years. Since completing an MA in organisational dynamics 10 years ago, she has worked with the NHS applying her experience of strategic planning and project management. Claire is a Director of the NHS Benchmarking Network and leads on the Network’s work on community services, community hospitals, acute therapies, older people and operating theatres. Claire works closely with the British Geriatrics Society to deliver the National Audit of Intermediate Care as the designated Project Director. She is responsible for the delivery of several core NHSBN projects and the overall Network work programme.
Claire is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the NACEL.
Debbie is an experienced NHS Manager (BA Hons in Public Administration and IHSM qualified) who has over 20 years’ experience in the acute, community and mental health sectors as an operational service manager. Debbie is the Project Manager for the National Audit of Intermediate Care and leads on the community sector and the care of older people in acute settings for the Network.
Debbie is responsible for the key aspects and project management of the NACEL.
Jessica joined the team in July of 2012, after graduating from university with a degree in Economics. Jessica has supported five benchmarking cycles for the Network’s community and intermediate care projects and is an expert in the Network’s methodology. She leads on the Network’s commissioning sector work programme, project managing urgent care, medicines optimisation and planned care and developing new benchmarking products for STPs.
Jessica is responsible for overseeing the development of the technology and logistics of the NACEL.
Jessica joined the team in October 2016, having previously worked on several projects within the Financial Sector. Jessica provides support on the commissioning projects and is also working on the universal perinatal mental health project. Jessica encourages member participation in projects and assists members with completion of data specifications.
Jessica is responsible for the development and design of the organisational level audit, as well as providing administration and participant support.
Joylin joined NHS Benchmarking Network having graduated from The University of Leeds in BSc: International Business and Economics. She works on The National Audit of Care at the End of Life (NACEL), Commissioning and Community Services projects. Joylin further assists in registering new members and answering membership queries.
