The National Audit of Care at the End of Life is overseen by a Steering Group of 23 representatives. The Steering Group will be meeting regularly over the course of the three year project to discuss the five areas of the Audit; covering the case note review, organisational level audit, Carer Reported Experience Measure, Staff Reported Measure, and spotlight audits.

The NACEL Steering Group have the authority to sign off the elements of the audit and the National Report.
