Older people living with frailty - benchmarking

By 2030, there will be a 51% increase in people aged 65+ and a 101% increase in people aged 85+ years. This will result in additional pressure and increasing demand for health and social care services by older people living with frailty.

EMAHSN Older People Living with Frailty programme has developed a distinct project in collaboration with NHS Benchmarking which is seeking to design and develop a new and innovative pathway approach to benchmarking older people living with frailty services across the health and social care pathway. The project aims to fill an information gap and provide evidence of current service provision for older people in the East Midlands.
