Regional Events - Save the date

Overview

As a result of the four successful regional workshops held in 2018, where members were able to take a deep dive into their regions whole system performance, the Network will be delivering a further seven in May 2019. Read last year’s event review and delegate feedback here. The seven, free regional benchmarking workshops will give the opportunity to explore the NHS Long Term Plan and how you can use the Network projects to identify service improvement, as well as providing a whole system review bespoke to your region. We will also be delivering a session on key learning points from the National Audit of Care at the End of Life.

Afternoon breakout sessions will provide an opportunity for delegates to discuss a range of hot topics, including a session on Benchmarking to support strategic decision making: ICS product and exploring the Positive Deviance approach, providing analysis on how Trusts can employ this method to generate and achieve top performance.
