Regional workshops open for registration

The seven, free regional benchmarking workshops will give delegates the opportunity to explore themes from the NHS Long Term Plan and how you can use the Network projects to identify service improvement, as well as providing a whole system review bespoke to your region. We will also be delivering a session on key learning points from the National Audit of Care at the End of Life.

Afternoon breakout sessions will provide an opportunity for delegates to discuss a range of hot topics, including a session on Benchmarking to support strategic decision making: ICS product and exploring the Positive Deviance approach, which will provide analysis on how Trusts can employ this method to generate and achieve top performance.

How to sign up

Member organisations can sign up via the members’ area. There are two places available per organisation, on first come first served.

Non-member organisations are welcome to attend the regional workshops, providing an excellent opportunity to network with others and get insight into the Network’s work programme. Non-member organisations will need to register their interest with Emma Pruce, Events Manager.

Following registration, delegates will be asked to confirm which breakout session they would like to attend, from the following options:
