The NHSBN support team would like to wish our members a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!
Thank you to our members for your continued contribution in our projects and sharing of good practice throughout 2018. Your involvement in the Network supports service and quality improvement in healthcare around the country.
Looking back on the 2018/19 work programme, we have:
delivered 16 core projects for our members, and provided support to a further 25 bespoke projects
achieved a record 89% average overall satisfaction rating at our Network conferences
produced an incredible 1,700 local reports
provided over 25,000 metrics through our online and offline toolkits
briefed senior policy makers in all four UK countries
collaborated with a range of national organisations to inform NHS wide projects and minimise data burden on members
represented the interests of members in articulating the good practice delivered across the NHS.
We are looking forward to continuing our work with you all in 2019.
