The data collection on international mental health comparisons undertaken by NHSBN in collaboration with the International Initiative for Mental Health Leadership (IIMHL), explores the international context for MH services across 14 developed economies. On Tuesday 5th March, we held our fourth annual Benchmarking & Good Practice in Learning Disabilities Services event. This was the final conference of the Network 2018/19 work programme, closing the year with a combination of policy updates and good practice. Read the review here.Read More
We held our penultimate national conference of the 2018/19 Network programme on 28th February 2019, Benchmarking & Good Practice in Outpatients & Planned Care conference. This year, the Outpatients project has been delivered in collaboration with the GIRFT Outpatient workstream, to reduce the data burden. Read the event review here.Read More
The Network will be holding seven, free regional benchmarking workshops this May, exploring the NHS Long Term Plan and how you can use the Network projects to identify service improvement, as well as providing a whole system review bespoke to your region. We held our third national conference of the National Audit of Intermediate Care 2018 on Friday 1st March, bringing together the NAIC findings, transformation plans and an update from Wales, to Northern Ireland. You can read more about the conference here.Read More
NHSBN and Wessex AHSN held a collaborative workshop: Is Wessex Frailty Fit? The event brought together Wessex Trusts alongside national bodies, including the RCN and NHS England, to discuss frailty in the Wessex region and local action planning to create service improvement plans.Read More
The NHSBN team held the Benchmarking population health and whole system allocation of resources workshop earlier this week. Attendees had the opportunity to share recommendations and input into the prospective ICS project, part of the commissioning work programme for 2019/20.Read More
