Data collection for the 2018 Urgent Care project is now open

We are pleased to announce that the Urgent Care project is open for data collection and submissions will be accepted until the 27th July.

The Urgent Care project reviews the national level of capacity, demand and investment in these services. The Network project focuses on the commissioner perspective of the Urgent and Emergency Care system and reviews the provision of acute emergency services as well as alternative community based services such as walk-in centres, urgent care centres, community and mental health crisis teams and primary care out of hours services. The outputs from this project can be used to test the effectiveness of the total health system in managing demand for emergency care and providing effective and good value services, alongside testing alignment with national policy.

Participating members will receive:

  • Access to a benchmarking toolkit, allowing you to benchmark your service across hundreds of metrics
  • A bespoke dashboard report outlining key messages and metrics, which compares your local position against nationally reported positions
  • A summary report outlining key messages and metrics for theatre services nationally.

To register and begin inputting your data to the Urgent Care project, please log in to the members’ area. For any further information, please contact Jessica Walsh or call 0161 266 2313.
