We are pleased to offer a new project for commissioners to examine organisational structures and processes to support CCGs in developing their services and managing their resources.
2016/17 benchmarking project
A pilot project was completed, with bespoke reports published in late March 2017 consolidating national and local data. A review of the pilot took place in April in preparation for a second round of data collection in the Autumn 2017.
2017/18 benchmarking project
Scoping is currently underway for the second round of data collection. The supplementary questionnaire will be circulated in December for CCGs to participate. The project uses existing nationally available data alongside the supplementary questionnaire to create bespoke reports for commissioners.
