The latest iteration of the Secure Services benchmarking work focuses on the three High Secure services in England. The aim of this data collection is to provide robust intelligence to NHS England Specialised Commissioning on the three High Secure hospitals in England.
The Network work programme comprises of a wide range of benchmarking projects on topics of interest to all members, together with projects aimed at the more specific interests of our four sectors; commissioning, community, acute and mental health.
Whilst the work programme is decided by the Network Steering Group, extensive consultation takes place with the sector based Reference Groups and with members on the topics to be included in the programme. Any individual member can suggest a topic for inclusion in the work programme by contacting Lindsey Ashley.
The project covers inpatient and community based secondary and specialist mental health services and allows for comprehensive benchmarking of activity, finance, workforce and quality metrics.Read More
