New for 2019: Integrated Care System (ICS) Benchmarker

ICS example.png

The Integrated Care System (ICS) Benchmarker is co-produced with the Network membership and other stakeholders and will support strategic healthcare leaders.

It will provide insight and intelligence at Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP)/ Integrated Care System (ICS) level to support the achievement of the NHS Long Term Plan triple aim of improving patient outcomes, improving patient experience, and achieving financial balance.

The ICS Benchmarker will use unique data from the Network’s existing benchmarking projects across secondary care acute, mental health and community services.

The product will cover seven domains: population health, service models, workforce, activity, capacity and access, finance, quality and outcomes, alongside nationally available data sources, to provide STPs/ICSs with intelligence to support planning and oversight activities as STP/ICS organisations develop and mature.

We are keen for all Network members to actively participate in all relevant projects this year, in order to provide key data for the ICS product. Consent will be sought at the time of data entry for this data to be used in the ICS product. It would be most helpful if you would encourage your organisation to register for projects in order to take advantage of the ICS product.
