Tools like the Bed Requirement Calculator, Capacity and Waiting List Tool and the Staff and Skill Mix Tool take submitted member data, combined with national averages, NHS studies where applicable and links it together into calculations that show the user how they interact and feed into the metrics that matter the most to your organisation. The outputs serve as a powerful communications tool that articulates the ‘as is’ position and allows the user to adjust variables and understand impact.

Originally developed for Children & Young People’s Mental Health Services, our modelling tools can be applied across a range of services.
