Fit for the Future: Empowering ICBs with Data-Driven PHM (Copy)

A free focused event designed exclusively for ICB colleagues working in population health management, business intelligence, and analytics.

With the Model ICB Blueprint and Fit for the Future plan setting a clear direction for integrated, data-driven care, the NHS Benchmarking Network is responding quickly to support ICBs in turning these ambitions into action.

This session is a discussion forum to provide practical support, insight, and networking opportunities to empower you to identify and deliver your Population Health Management (PHM) requirements. This includes:

  • Benchmarking data to inform strategic commissioning and investment decisions

  • Population health data and requirements for emerging tools

  • Insights to support the development of Neighbourhood Health Services and integrated care models and discussion around further developments

  • Support for aligning local delivery with national expectations on transparency, quality, and financial sustainability

It’s also a great opportunity to connect with peers tackling similar challenges across the country.

Monday 28th July, 10am - 2pm (lunch included)

The Midland Hotel, 16 Peter Street, Manchester, M60 2DS

Register your place by clicking here.

Please note: Attendance is open to colleagues from all ICBs, limited to two representatives from each to ensure meaningful discussion.
