QICN and NHSBN District Nursing 2026 Findings Webinar

How are district nursing services really faring across the country? Join the NHS Benchmarking Network and the Queen's Institute of Community Nursing as we look at the current state of district nursing.

We'll share findings from NHSBN's 2026/27 District Nursing project, drawing on 2025/26 data from services across the country. The project takes a focused look at demand, workforce, activity, finances and staff experience. Topics include referral patterns, caseload size and contacts, skill mix and DNSPQ qualifications. We'll also cover what staff told us through the project's survey about working in the service.

Guest speakers will share their own experiences and learning from practice. There will also be time to step back and look at district nursing as a whole: what is working well, what the challenges are and what could shape services next.
