Key Dates for 2026/27:
The Clinical Coding Benchmarking dataset is a new addition to the NHS Benchmarking Network's portfolio for the 2026/27 membership work programme, developed to give organisations with acute services a tailored way to benchmark their clinical coding services.
The dataset covers areas such as workforce structure, size and skill mix, activity and productivity, coding accuracy, as well as readiness for ICD-11.
